Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

The provided 'handy' phone was a standout convenience, offering free calls and internet access throughout my trip. the room size was just right—not too small, allowing ample space to unwind, especially important given my early check-out due to unexpected travel changes.

One minor downside was the absence of a luggage rack, which made it slightly inconvenient to organize my belongings.

Overall the place is clean and convenient, it met expectations. Its location is particularly good and absolutely perfect right by Hokkaido and parts of Siberia and shopping malls like Daimaru, Esta.

Warm double room with breakfast. Variety of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Located close to a train station, easy to get everywhere.

The room had a nice layout with decent amenities, and I appreciated the eco-friendly housekeeping option. The hot bath on level 2 was a lovely way to unwind after exploring the area. The staff were warm and helpful, which added to my overall experience.

all in all it's stylish and comfy hotel, we had a quite comfortable stay here. greatly enjoyed pay television, a safe box and a refrigerator in the room. the location was excellent, relatively close to sapporo jr tower.

It is new and near to the main shopping malls. Walking distance to restaurants as well.

I recently stayed for three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel during my winter trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The location near the central transport hub made getting around easy. The spotless room was surprisingly spacious, even accommodating a cozy couch. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained public bath, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, and the hotel offered great amenities, including a fridge for snacks and drinks.

I can just recommend this hotel.

The location was great, very easily accessible to all city's attractions and train station.

Our room was far too hot and smelt disgusting! I would ahvemade a complaint when I was there, but I didn't think the Japanese staff would understand me. Very disappointing in that sense.

The hotel is closed to JR station. Although the room size is small, the working desk is big and convenient for working. The hotel has a nice public bath in 2/F.

Great location just a couple of blocks from the station, making it super convenient. The compact rooms are functional and clean, though a bit snug for luggage. The small public bath is a relaxing touch, and the breakfast offers a tasty variety.

The wonderful location which is the center to Hokkaido sightseeing purpose.

The rooms turned out to be brand-new and reasonably sized with extra bed and Panasonic humidifier which is very helpful and Bath Tubs. The staff were lovely friendly and efficient and the facilities were GOOD.
